Join Debbie Kahn, Certified Yoga Instructor with over 25 years experience teaching ygoa.  Class includes:

  • Gentle Yoga, standing and in chair.  Does not include floor work
  • Postures, breathing and meditation will increase flexibility, strength, promote balance and relieve stress
  • Great for seniors too!

Only $80 for 10 weeks.  Residents of all towns are welcomed.
