Directions to Guilford Office

From I-95 Heading South: From I-95, take Exit 59 (Goose Lane). At end of ramp, turn right and drive under I-95. Turn right at traffic light (Rte. 1/Boston Post Road). Turn right at next light into office park (Concept Park), across from shops at Village Walk. Follow driveway around the first office building to second building in the rear.

From I-95 Heading North: From I-95, take Exit 58 (Church Street). At Rte. 1/Boston Post Road, turn left. Pass Big Y Market on your right. At next light, turn left into office park (Concept Park), across from shops at Village Walk. Follow driveway around the first office building to second building in the rear. Alternative: Follow Rte. 1/Boston Post Road through Guilford, passing Big Y Market on your right. At next light, turn left into office park (Concept Park), across from shops at Village Walk.

From the north: Follow Rte. 77/Durham Road south. At Rte. 1/Boston Post Road, turn left. Drive past Big Y Market on your right. At next light, turn left into office park (Concept Park), across from shops at Village Walk.

Directions to Old Saybrook Office

From I-95 Heading South: From I-95, take Exit 67/Elm Street. At end of exit ramp, turn left. At light, turn right onto Rte. 1. Pass Staples on the left. At traffic light with Shell Station on left corner, turn left onto Old Boston Post Road. Entrance to parking lot is immediately on the right (two-story white building, second floor).

From I-95 Heading North: From I-95, take Exit 66. At end of ramp, turn right. At traffic light, turn left onto Rte. 1. After passing Old Saybrook High School and McDonald's, turn right at 2nd light. Shell Station is on opposite corner. Entrance to parking lot is immediately on the right (two-story white building, second floor).

Directions to North Haven Office

From I-95 Heading South: From 1-95 merge onto I-91 North via Exit 48. Take exit 11 (CT-22) and take a slight right onto CT-22/Route 22. At the traffic light take a right onto Washington Avenue/US-5. Turn right into 2 Broadway Square Shopping Center. Office is located on the left hand side.

From I-95 Heading North: From 1-95 merge onto I-91 North via Exit 48 (left exit). Take exit 11 (CT-22) and take a slight right onto CT-22/Route 22. At the traffic light take a right onto Washington Avenue/US-5. Turn right into 2 Broadway Square Shopping Center. Office is located on the left hand side.

From I-91 South: From I-91, take Exit 12 (Washington Avenue). Turn left onto Washington Avenue. Turn right into 2 Broadway Square Shopping Center. Office is located on the left hand side.

Directions to Hamden Office

From I-91 Heading South: Take exit 17 (CT-15 S/W Cross Parkway) off of I-91 South. Take exit 62 (Whitney Avenue) off of CT-15. Turn right on to Whitney Avenue. One Hamden Center building is on the left hand side.

From 1-91 Heading North: Take exit 10 (CT-40 N/Mt. Carmel Connector) off of I-91 North. Stay on connector until the fork (3.1 miles). Keep left at fork, follow signs for CT-10 S/Hamden / Whitney Avenue. Turn left onto Whitney Avenue. One Hamden Center will be on the left hand side.

Directions to Strong House Adult Day Center

From I-95 Heading South: Take exit 61 (Durham Road/CT-79) off I-95 South. Turn right onto Durham Road. The Strong House will be about 1.8 mile up on the right hand side.

From I-95 Heading North: Take exit 61 (Durham Road/CT-79 N) off I-95 North. Take a left onto Durham Road. The Strong House is 2 miles up on the right hand side.
